IC-706 MKII - Fixed: VSEND is for 144MHz, HSEND is for HF / 50MHz.
IC-706 MkIIG - Menu item 30, see manual page 54.
IC-7000 - Menu item 20 misc (others), see manual page 131.
IC-7100 - Connectors set mode, see manual page 17-24.
IC-9100 - Set mode item 353, see manual page 54.

Please check carefully by reading the manual for both your radio and your amplifiers before connecting.
The radio or amplifier can be damaged by connecting the wrong cable.
