Ordering goods and services

To place an order with us, our customers must be 18 years of age or have a guardian's approval. 

After placing the order, the customer will receive an e-mail that the order has been received.

Please note that the order confirmation does not guarantee that the item is in stock for immediate delivery.
Should this be the case, you will receive a new email from Limmared Radio & Data AB as soon as possible with the current delivery time.

Prices

Limmared Radio & Data AB reports prices including 25% VAT (except Norway and Export countries)
Fee for shipping is added. Should the price change and raise significantly, due to currency changes or other circumstances, after the order has been placed, we will of course notify you in advance and you as a customer may then cancel your order.

Shipping costs

You pay for the shipping costs per placed order, regardless of how many products you buy.
However, we can offer partial delivery, if any item is out of stock, for an extra shipping cost of SEK 75.

In the case of orders that result in returns for uncollected deliveries as well as additional costs, warehouse rents, etc. to/for the company is charged minimum SEK 250.

For companies:

Company packages go with DHL Paket as fn. can be booked in the webshop.

We will charge SEK 150 per order for return shipment and 250 SEK to cover extra costs that arise when e.g. delivery obstacles/warehouse rent/etc.

You can choose between the following payment options:

SVEA - pay directly with your card or with the Internet bank - SVEA checkout.

SVEA - invoice - credit payment (which may mean that a credit report is obtained) - SVEA checkout 

SVEA - payment plan - You can easily choose the amount you want to pay (which may mean that a credit report is obtained) - SVEA checkout.

This service can be interest-free up to twelve (12) months.


SVEA Account - With the account option, you can choose the amount you want to pay each month.

When you use the account function, your purchases are collected on a monthly invoice,
which you then pay off at your own pace. On your monthly invoice there is a minimum
amount you need to pay but can always choose a higher one to get rid of your debt.
Invoice fee and interest costs are added.

SVEA - Company invoice:

Credit check: When applying for payment with company invoice, the usual credit check is applied, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Terms of payment: Due date and other terms for company invoices appear on the invoice. The invoice payment must have been received
no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added as well as late payment interest
of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.

Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank.
Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. For detailed information on Svea Bank's processing of personal data,

Delivery method

We offer you a variety of delivery methods based on the package's weight, height and volume, as well as where you live.

You can choose between the following delivery methods:

For domestic shipment:

For companies we offer various but on the website DHL Package

For shipment in EU:

For Export shipment:

Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days after we have received your order.
In the event that an item must be ordered from a supplier, the delivery time may be longer.
You will be notified of any deviations in connection with the order confirmation and then of course have the right to cancel or change your order. 

 - You can also pick up the goods from us in Limmared or at a trade fair, this is by agreement.

Transport damage/Complaints

We think its important that you are satisfied. 

Therefore, let us know if something has gone wrong so that it can be corrected quickly.
If, upon receipt, you discover that the shipment is damaged in transit, you must immediately report this
to the transport company that carried out the delivery. Also take pictures of the box before opening it. 

If they do not accept responsibility for the damage, you must contact us.
We guarantee that the product is defect-free upon delivery to the carrier. 

In case the product is damaged, it must be reported to us no later than 10 working days after receipt and we
want a detailed error description in the return shipment. If the damage can be rectified by
email or if the error is of such a nature that it cannot be due to the product, the return will be refused.

Guarantee

Our products have a 2-year warranty, otherwise this is stated on the product.

The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects, i.e. defects that were present on delivery. 

The product warranty does not apply to errors that occur during or after changes to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding,
upgrading or other configuration of the product. Your receipt/order confirmation/invoice is valid as a warranty certificate & a copy must be attached
together with a description of the error upon submission. Any shipping and packaging in case of return or warranty repair is paid by the customer.

Right of withdrawal

When you shop with e-commerce, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. 

You as a consumer have the right to open a product package to inspect the product in such a way that it does not damage the product.
This means that the item must be in substantially unchanged condition so that it is considered resalable without showing signs of having been used.
Products that have been used or assembled are not accepted to return.

Open purchase and right of withdrawal do not apply to companies.

To avoid any problems and to streamline the handling of appeals from the right of withdrawal/open purchase, always contact us before returning a product.
Send shipments with traceability. If you send without traceability and the package gets lost in the post, then you as the customer are fully responsible.

Cash on delivery is not collected by us and shipments sent with cash on delivery are not considered to be an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Example of when the right of withdrawal can be used: 

You have received products from an order and discover that there was a mistake during packing.
Perhaps you have also opened the product packaging to look, but the product packaging is
complete and the product may have stickers and seals left. The smallest possible impact is made on
product packaging or goods. The conditions change and the product is no longer needed,
it is then completely in order to apply the right of withdrawal and open purchase.

Examples of when the right of withdrawal cannot be used:

Software, hygiene items (headphones, headsets) etc, cables specially made, etc.

Refunds

Reimbursement is primarily made to the means chosen at the time of payment.
Other options are bank account and companies bankgiro. 

The refund normally takes place within 7 working days after we have approved the procedure.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to final sale. 

For unclaimed packages, we will invoice the customer SEK 250 to cover the return shipping back to us. 

We reserve the right for image and text errors and final sales.

We try to offer as many products as possible in our store and the range will be expanded and supplemented as we go.

Color deviations on products can occur due to that the rendering may vary on different monitors. 

We report all fake orders and attempted fraud to the police.
