How long will you have my information?

Newsletter - Your name and email address are saved until you choose to unsubscribe.
Purchase – Data is saved in the online shop as long as your account is active. Information in the accounting system is saved in accordance with the Accounting Act for 7 years. Information for tracking radio equipment according to RED (Radio Equipment Directive) is saved for 10 years. Registered account – Registered accounts in the online shop are deleted when they have been inactive for 36 months. For the account to be seen as active, you must have logged into it, it is not enough to have only visited the online shop. Received e-mail – We keep e-mail conversations for 24 months to be able to go back and link back to previous matters.
Who do you share my information with?
