The ICOM IC‑M510E EVO is a completely new VHF radio from Icom, featuring a color display, WLAN, built‑in NMEA 2000, and an AIS receiver, allowing you to view maritime traffic information directly on the radio’s display. The built‑in active noise reduction decreases background noise by up to 90% and improves both outgoing and incoming calls.

Radio Control and Intercom via Your Smart Device
Use the RS‑M500 app (for iOS™/Android™) to remotely control the IC‑M510 over WLAN. Up to three smart devices can be used as a wireless microphone or remote control instead of the COMMANDMIC™. An intercom function between your smart device and the radio is also available.
Integrated AIS Receiver
With its integrated AIS receiver* or external NMEA input (third‑party AIS receiver or transponder), the IC‑M510 can display real‑time AIS vessel traffic on the screen. You can directly make individual DSC calls to selected AIS targets from the AIS screen.
Wide‑Viewing‑Angle TFT LCD
The color TFT LCD offers nearly a 180‑degree viewing angle. The wide display features high‑resolution characters and function icons. The night mode screen ensures excellent readability in low‑light conditions.

Simplified Navigation Function
The navigation feature guides you to a specified waypoint or AIS target. You can assign up to 100 destinations as waypoints.

The IC‑M510’s internal speaker enhances received audio. The waterproof speaker provides superior sound quality with a wide frequency range for powerful, clear audio.
Interface Box for NMEA 2000 and Hailer
The wireless interface box CT‑M500 (optional) provides NMEA 2000™ connectivity and two‑way hailer/PA functionality. The CT‑M500 and the radio can connect via WLAN. This separate interface box allows flexible placement of the device closer to NMEA network connection points.
