New long-awaited flight radio from Icom!

The Icom IC-A120E introduces three new features, Active Noice Cancelling (ANC), Automatic Noice Limiter (ANL) and Bluetooth™ functions. ANC effectively reduces background noise, ideal for noisy airport environments, and ANL reduces pulse-like noise, such as an engine start.

User-friendly with clear LCD display

The radio has an LCD display that reproduces alphanumeric characters and symbols clearly. Programming channels and other settings can be easily done from the front panel.

Optional Bluetooth™ device

With the UT-133 Bluetooth™ device, the IC-A120E can be used with a Bluetooth ™ wireless headset.

Built-in Active Noise Cancelling (ANC)

The built-in ANC function reduces background noise during reception and transmission. This feature is very effective in noisy airport environments. The built-in automatic noise barrier (ANL)* reduces temporary, loud noise disturbances such as when starting aircraft engines.

* ANL and ANC functions cannot be used at the same time

ON-Hook Scan and ON-Hook Dualwatch

The ON-Hook scanning function automatically starts scanning when the monofon is hooked to the radio holder. ON-Hook dualwatch function scans the current channel as well as favorite channel. When the monofon is removed from the holder, the search is canceled.

Side Tone Function

When you use a third-party headset with the optional OPC-871A headset adapter, you can monitor your own transmission through the connected headset. Even when using a hand microphone, your voice can be monitored from the headset.
