The antenna requires no tuning and is designed to provide a symmetrical radiation pattern. It is engineered for high gain and high performance across the entire operating range. All aluminum parts are anodized, mounting hardware is made of stainless or galvanized steel, and the mounting bracket is constructed from aluminum for maximum strength. For increased gain, the antennas can be mounted in a vertical stack.

The connector is located at the rear for easier access.
